The Huron Emery takes home numerous CSPA awards

On March 7, 2024, Columbia University announced the Columbia Scholastic Press Association (CSPA) 2024 Scholastic Gold Circle Winners. This awards program has been running for 41 years, and aims to acknowledge the individual published work of students in news, magazine, digital media, and yearbook in the 2022-2023 school year. There were a total of 6,970 entrants and 1,204 winners, taking First, Second, Third, or Certificates of Merit (Honorable Mention). 

 

This year, the staff of The Huron Emery won a total of 10 Gold Circle awards, which is the most in the history of the publication.
