Sophomore Saturday: Chelsea Nguyen

Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself and what hobbies/sports you do.

A: “My name is Chelsea. I’m in sophomore year, and I like to play tennis, thrift, and listen to music.”

 

Q: How is this years learning different than last years? 

A: “This year, there’s a little more work since I’m taking harder classes. It’s not as scary though since I’m not new to the school anymore.”

 

Q: Which classes have you found the most interesting and why?

A: “I’ve found Ceramics really interesting because I really enjoy being creative and it’s a lot of fun to learn.”

 

Q: Describe something that surprised you coming back to school this year that you weren’t expecting?

A: “I’m surprised that I have a lot more work than I did last year. I used to come home with little to no homework in freshman year, but I now have work more often. 

 

Q: What are your thoughts about personal project? What were some challenges you have faced so far? What are you working on?

A: “I really like personal project so far. It was hard for me to come up with an idea at first, but now I am working on my product.”

 

Q: If you could change one thing from your freshman self, what would it be? 

A: “I wish I could have stayed on top of my work more.”
