Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself and what hobbies/sports you do.
A: “My name is Khangal. I am a tenth grader and I do marching band, basketball and I really like the sciences.”
Q: How is this year’s learning different than last year’s?
A: “The work load is a lot more fast-paced. Especially in classes like AP U.S. History, where you have to read 100 pages a week.”
Q: Which classes have you found the most interesting and why?
A: “Definitely AP Chemistry because you get to learn about complex reactions in systems.”
Q: Describe something that surprised you coming back to school this year that you weren’t expecting?
A: “Everyone grew and is more mature.”
Q: What are your thoughts about personal project? What were some challenges you have faced so far? What are you working on?
A: “I think personal projects can be stressful but a nice break from school work. Some challenges have been documenting everything when it gets tedious. I was working on an exercise project.”
Q: If you could change one thing from your freshman self, what would it be?
A: “Make a lot of friends, especially when school is hard, because they can help you in hard classes.”
