Crumbl Cookie has a lot of different opinions about their five-dollar cookies. With millions of cookies sold daily, the number of fake reviews about the taste, texture, and presentation of the cookie makes it hard to find what’s actually good or not. So, for this week’s cookies being sold, I have a very strong review.
I got a 4-pack of cookies for $17.48. I got a Wedding Cake Cookie, Cookies & Cream Sandwich Cookie ft. OREO, S’mores Brownie, and Blueberry Cheesecake Cookie.
For the first cookie, the wedding cake cookie. The taste was very sweet; it had a soft vanilla bean sugar cookie base, topped with swirls of vanilla and raspberry cream cheese frosting, and pearls on top. Personally, I’m not a big raspberry fan, but this cookie was good. The frosting was rich and creamy, and the raspberry flavor wasn’t overpowering, which made it more enjoyable than expected. Reviews online are very positive, saying that the strong flavor of raspberry was very appealing. Overall, this cookie was good, with it being visually appealing and surprisingly balanced, but it wasn’t a flavor I would normally choose or get again.
The next cookie I had was the cookies & cream sandwich cookie. The cookie was very good, resembling a large Oreo cookie. It had a soft chocolate cookie base filled with Oreo crumbs and a marshmallow-like vanilla buttercream in the center. The filling was light and smooth, pairing well with the rich chocolate cookies. Reviews say that this cookie was an overall favorite, and it was for me, too. To wrap this up, this was one of the stronger cookies of the week and was very good without being overly sweet.
Now for the S’mores Brownie cookie, it had a light buttery graham cracker base with a layer of brownie, marshmallow fluff, milk chocolate, and a graham cracker drizzle. The combination of textures worked really well, especially the taste between the soft brownie and the fluffy marshmallow. The chocolate added richness without being overwhelming, making this cookie feel balanced. Though some say that this cookie’s graham cracker base lacked flavor and would fall apart, which I can agree with. Overall, I loved this cookie, especially liking S’mores. I would recommend this cookie to everyone.
The last cookie was the Blueberry Cheesecake Cookie, which was chilled. This cookie had a creamy cheesecake frosting with a buttery graham cracker base, topped with a blueberry topping. For this cookie, it didn’t have a great blueberry flavor. It tasted artificial and bland. I personally don’t like blueberries, making this cookie not a fan favorite for me. Others online say that the blueberry was lacking in flavor, which I can agree with; other than that, the creamy cheesecake frosting was really good. Overall, I wouldn’t personally recommend this cookie to others, but if you are a lover of blueberries, this cookie could be for you.
Finally, this week’s Crumbl lineup had a good mix of flavors, with some cookies standing out more than others. While not every cookie was a favorite, I liked the variety and creativity. These cookies weren’t the best I have had, but there were some cookies that I will want to get again. Those few cookies truly impressed me, making this week worth trying.
