Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself and what hobbies/sports you do.
A: “I am a competitive equestrian, which means I ride horses. I was captain this year for the varsity team. I enjoy reading and spending time with friends. ”
Q: What is one class/club you would recommend to underclassmen? Why?
A: “One club I would recommend for an underclassman is HOSA because I think it gives good insight into health careers if that’s something you’re interested in.”
Q: What’s an interesting/unique fact about yourself?
A: “A fun fact about myself is that my dad actually went to Huron when he was my age.”
Q: Where do you see yourself in ten years?
A: “In 10 years, I am hopefully in my residency somewhere in the medical field.”
Q: How do you feel about starting junior year and why?
A: “I’m nervous about junior year because I am taking a lot of AP and DP courses, I think the homework and overall rigor are going to challenge me this year.”
Q: Who is your idol and why?
A: “My idol is Clara Propp because she is a very good equestrian who competes at a high level but also keeps it real on social media.”
Q: What is one lesson high school has taught you?
A: “One lesson that high school has taught me is the ability to manage many different things at the same time. If you fall behind, it’s very hard to get back up to speed, so prioritizing time management is important.”
