Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself and what hobbies/sports you do.

A: Outside of school, I love spending time with my family, being outside (when the weather’s not too cold!), playing piano, and doing Indian classical music. I’m also Co-President of Huron’s Model UN.

Q: How is this year’s learning different from last years?

A: This year feels less intimidating than last year because I know how things work. It’s also more fun because I know a lot more people now.

Q: Which classes have you found the most interesting and why?

A: I think my APUSH class is super interesting! I’ve always loved the global and national interactions that we get to see in history. I also think it’s an important class because we learn about where we come from, which can help us move forward as a whole.

Q: Describe something that surprised you coming back to school this year that you weren’t expecting?

A: I’m surprised by how crowded the halls are. I feel like they weren’t this packed last year!

Q: What are your thoughts about personal project? What were some challenges you have faced so far? What are you working on?

A: We haven’t gotten far in personal project, but I’m excited about it. I really like how we get to choose what we study.

Q: If you could change one thing from your freshman self, what would it be?

A: I would want to have been better at balancing all of my things.
