Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself and what hobbies/sports you do.

A: I’m a freshman at Huron high school. One hobby I have is playing soccer.”

 

Q: How would you describe your transition from middle to high school?

A: I would say middle school and high school aren’t the same. I was the oldest of all people and now I am the youngest again.”

 

Q: What classes are you most looking forward to taking either now or in the future?

A: “I am very excited for art and crafts class because it’s something I love to do.”

 

Q: What are 3 word to describe your first year of high school so far and why did you choose them?

A: “Exciting, amazing and hard. I choose those because it is very exciting and amazing. It is also sometimes hard to do the work.”

 

Q: How has high school surprised you so far? Were there any skills you had to learn to get work done or fit school into your schedule?

A: “Yes, I had to fit in soccer with school and do my work without wasting any time.”

 

Q: Who has left an impression on you in the first semester — whether it be a classmate, staff member, or teacher? Describe the impression. 

A: I think every teacher because their my first teacher’s of high school. That I never have had to deal with before.”

 

Q: How do you want to remember your high school experience four years later? What are you doing now or how do you plan to make that happen? 

A: I want to remember that it was worth it, and everything wasn’t a waste of time. I want it to be fun and amazing.”
