The 16-year-old rising country star Maddox Baston, a Nashville-based songwriter, has just released “Any Other Night,” a country EP. The album promises a root in R&B with heavy anthems. Using clean vocals and complex guitar work layered with digital rhythm, the album is a mix of pop and country. The album calls to a youthful coming-of-age story, experience with first love.
Rising to attention with covers of Zach Bryan and Red Clay Strays songs, he now breaks out with singles and a successful “I Need A Truck Tour.” With support from songwriters and a growing fan base to match, Batson says, “I’m so stoked about my new single and the music video for ‘Any Other Night. ‘ This was an amazing collaboration.”
Batson worked with the likes of Jacob Hackworth and Jesse Frasure to produce lyrics for the “Any Other Night” album.
“It has a great feel, and I’m looking forward to the fans’ reaction.” Batson shares.
“Any Other Night” can be streamed and downloaded here.
