The new season of Stranger Things has been deeply polarizing for audiences. In this episode, Emery staff Isha Savi, Annabella Mi, and Lakshaya Jaiganesh discuss the pros and cons of the season.

Isha Savi, Website Editor-in-Chief

Isha is a senior on her third and final year on the Emery. She is the founder and editor of the Sound of the River Zine, which posts every Friday. Isha is the president of the Sexual Assault Awareness Club and volunteers at the Humane Society. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, attending shows in the Ann Arbor area, watching movies, and spending time with the people she loves. Her favorite movie is Trainspotting and her favorite flavor of ice cream is cookie dough.

Annabella Mi, Managing Editor

Annabella is currently in ninth grade and this is her first year in The Huron Emery, but is her fourth year of newspaper! She loves to harp around in the orchestra, hit golf balls in the driving range, eat Salty Carmel ice cream in Blank Slate or watch rom-coms with her friends, including her favorite movie “Mr. Peabody and Sherman”.

Lakshya Jaiganesh, Copy Editor

Lakshya is currently in 11th grade and this is her first year on the Emery’s staff. Lakshya is part of Huron’s band program, Indian Student Association, and BPA, and in her free time, she likes watching movies, cooking, and listening to music. Lakshya’s favorite movie is The Imitation Game and her favorite flavor of ice cream is butter pecan.
