On Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2024, the Student Advocacy Center partnered with Ann Arbor School Parents Intent on Racial Equity to host a school board candidate forum with everyone running for a place on the board.
There are six people running for school board this year, as trustees Jeff Gaynor and Krystle DuPree will not be returning to the board.
The organizers of the forum had a set of questions that the candidates answered, with the order of who spoke changing each question. At the end of the meeting, the community was able to submit questions for the candidates to answer.
