Q: Tell us a little about yourself.

A: I’m currently a sophomore at Huron high school and I’m very involved in sports and clubs. I enjoy playing the cello and doing creative writing. In my free time, I play for a basketball travel team as well!

 

Q: What is your favorite class and why?

A: My favorite class is Spanish. I really love how I get to have an opportunity to learn another culture and language. I hope one day I can be fluent and maybe even travel to a Spanish-speaking country.

 

Q: What hobbies/sports/clubs do you do and why do you like them?

A: Some of my favorite extracurricular activities include being a member of Student Council, BSU, Young Women For Change, and Mock Trial. I also play for the Huron Varsity girls basketball team.

 

Q: Once the pandemic ends and social distancing restrictions are removed, what’s the first thing you plan to do?

A: Once the pandemic ends and social distancing restrictions have been lifted, I plan to safely return back to school and interact with my peers. I miss my friends!

 

Q: What’s an interesting/unique fact about yourself?

A: An interesting fact about myself is that my favorite movie is Princess and the Frog and to this day, I still watch it every once in a while!

 

Q: What is one lesson the past year has taught you?

A: A lesson that this past year has taught me personally is to cherish the time you have with your family and take time to do something special for someone else.
