Junior Jumpstart Monday: Emily Liu

Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself.
A: “Hello, my name is Emily Liu and I am currently a junior in Huron High School.”
Q: What has been your favorite part about this school year?
A: “My favorite part of this school year would be that I’m able to get enough sleep during online school and meet new friends at my school from a social media app called Discord. Also being able to not worry about transportation when I miss my bus is another favorite part of mine.”
Q: What do you miss about Huron?
A: “The things I miss about Huron would be not being able to see my friends from Apex Club anymore while having less time to interact with my current friends during this school year.”
Q: What is one goal you have for this year?
A: “One goal I have for this school year is to pass all my AP classes and take advantage of online learning. I’m also trying to prevent my GPA from going down.”
Q: What is your favorite class and why?
A: “My favorite class would be AP English because a lot of people I know are in my class and break out rooms are more comfortable to work with.”
Q: What hobbies/sports do you do?
A: “My hobbies are playing a lot of video games like Among Us, Brawl Stars, Genshin and most Nintendo Games. I also like fashion clothing designs a lot.”
