Senior Sunday: Sherry Pan

Q: Tell us a little about yourself.
A: “Hi my name is Sherry Pan. I enjoy watching sitcoms, the Great British Bake Off, and listening to true crime podcasts. If I could meet one celebrity, it’d be John Mulaney or Bert Kreisher.”
Q: What is your favorite class and why?
A: “My favorite class is probably AP English 11 and 12. The class isn’t easy, I didn’t do so well in them, but I find literary analysis interesting. ”
Q: What hobbies/sports/clubs do you do and why do you like them?
A: “I enjoy painting; after a while, it’s relaxing especially if I put on music or a podcast. Another hobby is baking. It gives me a lot of stress (especially with bread), but I enjoy making a large batch of whatever I’m baking to give to friends/family.”
Q: Once the pandemic ends and social distancing restrictions are removed, what’s the first thing you plan to do?
A: “Go skating with my friends or just hanging out with them in general.”
Q: What’s an interesting/unique fact about yourself?
A: “My guilty pleasure is watching those really cheesy, cringy Asian drama shows where I hate it, but I can’t stop watching it since I’m emotionally invested in the love story.”
Q: What is one lesson the past year has taught you?
A: “ It has taught me to be flexible and forgive easily, whether it’s with myself or others.”
