Freshman Friday: Nick Bowers

Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself.
A: “Hi! My name is Nicholas Bowers, but I go by Nick. I play soccer and usually wrestle for school too but I didn’t this year. Lately, I’ve been messing around with my friends.”
Q: What has been your favorite part about this school year?
A: “I don’t know what my favorite part about this year has been. I had a lot of fun playing soccer, but I think my favorite part is being able to relax at home after class is over.”
Q: What do you miss about Huron?
A: “I haven’t been to Huron much since I’m a freshman but I think the engineering projects I saw my sister do and the ones we’ve done together have been great.”
Q: What is one goal you have for this year?
A: “One goal I have for this year is to keep my grades up and learn. I don’t like online school that much so I have to work a little bit harder than I did before.”
Q: What is your favorite class and why?
A: “My favorite class is engineering because it’s fun and I’m good at engineering.”
Q: What hobbies/sports do you do?
A: “I play soccer, ski and I wrestle, and some of my hobbies are Magic The Gathering and messing around with friends.”
