Freshman Friday: Esteban Mercado

Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself.
A: “My family is Mexican, I went to Clague middle school and I like to play soccer. I’m the oldest out of three siblings and I would like to play soccer in college.”
Q: What has been your favorite part about this school year?
A: “My favorite part about this school year is that I can do my schoolwork from my house. I like that because I can go to class from my bed, I don’t have to worry about what I’m going to wear and I can be with my pets.”
Q: What do you miss about Huron?
A: “I haven’t been to Huron yet but I would miss the passing time in-between classes because you move around while you go to your next class and you can socialize with friends.”
Q: What is one goal you have for this year?
A: “One goal I have for this year is getting A’s and B’s during the entire school year.”
Q: What is your favorite class and why?
A: “My favorite class is social studies because I enjoy learning about history and the world, and I like Ms. Glinski because she is a good teacher and very nice.”
Q: What hobbies/sports do you do?
A: “I love playing soccer and played for Huron. Also, I enjoy playing baseball for fun.”
