Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself and things you do in and out of school.

A: I’m a sophomore attending Huron High School and I was part of Homecoming court back in September. Out of school I like to binge watch shows and facetime my best friend!!

Q: What was your favorite Huron event from last year, and what did you like about it? 

A: I always enjoy film on the field. I get to hangout with my baddies and mess around. It’s also super fun to do everything but watch the actual movie.

Q: What is your favorite class at Huron and what do you like about it?

A: Love love love Psychology. The teacher is super nice and the topics are interesting. I also enjoy English because my teacher’s super funny and I like reading. 

Q: What is a class you want to take in the future, and why does it interest you?

A: I’m honestly not sure… but I really want to try and be in the peer lab. It seems super fun and I like helping people.

Q: Who is one of your favorite teachers at Huron and why?

A: Mr. Fox. He’s so funny and understanding when it comes to late work.

Q: What are your thoughts about your personal project? What were some challenges you have faced so far? What are you working on?

A: I really hated it. I made a Sophomore photo book and while I loved my end product, everything felt super rushed and forced.

Q: What is your favorite memory from last year and why?

A: Winning Freshman homecoming court. It was such a highlight of my freshman year and I never shut up about winning two years in a row.

Q: If you could change one thing from your freshman self, what would it be? 

A: My eyebrows looked insane. I would tell her to stop thinking so highly about herself because she wasn’t all that.

Q: What is something you weren’t expecting about sophomore year?

A: For the personal project to be such a drain. It made something I found fun feel like a chore. 

Q: What is an interesting fact or hidden talent about yourself?

A: I’m really good at finishing homework at 11:59. And it always eats.

A: Your GPA is not a reflection of your intelligence.
