Nadia Ochoa Peterson, Staff Writer
Nadia is currently in 10th grade and this is her first year on the Emery’s staff. Nadia is part of Unicef & BPA at Huron and works at the local Busch’s in her free time, she likes to listen to music, specifically SZA and Dominic Fike, Thrift, Bake, and Hang out with her friends. Nadia’s favorite season is spring and her favorite snack ever is chocolate-covered pretzels.

Mikaela Carter is currently in 12th grade and is a new member of the Huron Emery team! In her free time, she enjoys listening to her favorite music, playing with her dog, seeing her friends, and working at Sparrow Meat Market. Her favorite music artists are Frank Ocean, Daniel Cesar, Drake, and SZA.

Maya is currently in 10th grade and is her first year on the Emery’s staff. In Maya's free time she likes shopping and baking. Her favorite type of ice cream is mint or cookie dough. She also loves watching different kinds of movies but doesn't have a favorite.
