Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself and what hobbies/sports you do.

A: “A sport I play is water polo and I also play the trumpet.”

Q: How is this year’s learning different from last years?

A: “I’d say that this year there is more pressure to get my work done and I have a lot more homework compared to last year.”

Q: Which classes have you found the most interesting and why?

A: “I have found government interesting because we talk about things that happen in the world around us and have discussions about out thoughts.”

Q: Describe something that surprised you coming back to school this year that you weren’t expecting?

A: “I guess one thing that surprised me was the amount of people who are in my grade that I didn’t know about.”

Q: What are your thoughts about personal project? What were some challenges you have faced so far? What are you working on?

A: “I think that personal project is a cool class but is quite boring. It was hard to choose one specific thing that I liked for my project and even once I found a project I liked, I would wish I would have chose a different one.”

Q: If you could change one thing from your freshman self, what would it be?

A: “To not let what others say get to you.”
