Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself and what hobbies/sports you do.

A: My name is Elizabeth Thompson and I’m a Junior at Huron High School. I was born and raised in Ann Arbor and currently live with my parents, younger brother, two cats, and dog. At school I participate in orchestra, NHS, field hockey, softball, green team, Huron operation, smile, and exec board.

Q: What is one class/club you would recommend to underclassmen? Why?

A: One club I would recommend to underclassmen is NHS. It’s a great way to get volunteer hours and meet new people!

Q: What’s an interesting/unique fact about yourself?

A: I have never broken a bone.

Q: Where do you see yourself in ten years?

A: Hopefully with a good job, living in a big city.

Q: How do you feel about starting Junior year and why?

A: I feel excited about starting Junior year, but also nervous because grades are so important for college applications.

Q: Who is your idol and why?

A: My idol is AOC because she consistently has the strength to stand up for her beliefs against others.

Q: What is one lesson high school has taught you?

A: High school has taught me the importance of having an organized schedule and sticking to it.
