Sophomore Saturday: Rashelle Hernandez

Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself and what hobbies/sports you do.
A: “I’m currently not in any sports but I have started to cook more this year.”
Q: How is this years learning different than last years?
A: “This year feels more real and intense than last year.”
Q: Which classes have you found the most interesting and why?
A: “ I have found AP government and Spanish interesting. AP government because we learn about government in a more intensified way and we have to study certain cases. Spanish because it goes in more depth it’s kind of like learning history but in Spanish. ”
Q: Describe something that surprised you coming back to school this year that you weren’t expecting?
A: “I was surprised when we had the optional mask wearing and the dress code is not as bad as last year .”
Q: What are your thoughts about personal project? What were some challenges you have faced so far? What are you working on?
A: “I don’t really like personal projects but I do enjoy having the liberty to make my project about whatever i want. Some challenges have been time management. I have been working on time management and setting better routines to not fall behind.”
Q: If you could change one thing from your sophomore self, what would it be?
A: “I am a sophomore, so if i could change something from my freshman self it would be making better decisions in friends.”
