Visruth Rajendiran, Staff Writer

Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself.

A: “Hi, my name is Alex Moskus and I am a sophomore at Huron High School. I am on the swim team and I have two older brothers that are in college.”

Q: What has been your favorite part about this school year?

A: “I enjoy the free time I have and I like not having to move around too much along with being able to get up and move around whenever I want to cook or other things like that.”

Q: What do you miss about Huron?

A: “I miss a lot of things about going to school in person and probably the biggest thing is seeing my friends because I only got to see two of my friends this year. I also miss being in a learning environment because I think you can be so much more productive when there are no distractions.”

Q: What is one goal you have for this year?

A: “My goal for this year is to keep my GPA up but also make sure my mental health is good and I am happy with myself.”

Q: What is your favorite class and why?

A: “My favorite class this year is Spanish because I like my teacher (Elam) and the class has a lot of my friends in it and it is very laid back.”

Q: What hobbies/sports do you do?

A: “I swim a ton but I can’t swim right now because of COVID so I have been doing a lot of lifting every once in a while. I also picked the guitar and I am doing my best to learn it.”
