Senior Sunday: Ashley Wang

Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself.

A: “I’m Ashley, I am 18 and I’m from Japan, but I was born in Oklahoma City. When I turned 2 years I went back to Japan with my family 🙂 And now I’m going to Huron High School to learn more English!!”

Q: What has been your favorite part about this school year?

A: “My favorite part of the year is Being with my family and meeting my family :)”

Q: What do you miss about Huron?

A: “I miss my friends and teacher and lunchtime 🙂 I like to eat with my friends and also I love rice on chips something I never tried in Japan 🇯🇵”

Q: What is one goal you have for this year?

A: “My goal is I hope my English gets better and I have perfect communication with native Americans.”

Q: What is your favorite class and why?

A: “My favorite class was ESL2 because it was very fun and the teacher was really kind to us:) And my best friend Stacey was in the same class too!! But this year I don’t know yet because we are online and we don’t know much yet :(”

Q: What hobbies/sports do you do?

A: “I can’t choose just one, there are many I like. I like to hang out with my friends:) My favorite sport is figure skating. I have been a figure skater since I was 7 to 16 years old.”
