Interviewees: Kyle Fu (12th grade), Caleb Patterson (12th grade)

Question: How do you prepare before a game?

Patterson: “We like to listen to our EDM music and we also warm up as a team.”

Fu: “Yeah we also like to do a little bit of stretching before we get on the ice. Also taking electrolytes, drinking a lot of water, and locking in.”

Question: Is there a specific area you wanted to work on this season? Anything you wanted to improve on?

Patterson: “Definitely keeping a positive attitude after losses to certain teams, it really sucks but you know, you gotta be able to bounce back and work to win against another team.”

Fu: “ I also feel like always making sure to have the right attitude, so I guess it’s similar to what Caleb said.”

Question: If there was one word to describe the dynamic of your team this year, what would it be?

Fu: “Unique.”

Patterson: “Interesting.”

Question: What game are you looking forward to this season? 

Patterson: “Definitely senior night, we’re looking forward to our senior night cause it has finally come around and it’s getting near that time and we’re also looking for a big win in that game.”

Fu: “I am also really excited for senior night.”

Question: Who is your favorite player to warm up with?

Patterson: “My boy Kyle, Kyle is my favorite person to warm up with.”

Fu: “My boy, Caleb.”
