Picture this.
You once liked something, you used to post about it, set things from it as your profile, and then due to an event, or its quality…You just randomly stop liking it!
Most people consider this a curse, something to sigh or mope about, and while I understand these feelings. I consider it a chance of learning.
Think of it, theoretically you fell out of love with it due to something you (or it, could just be that it’s bad now.) has done. However now you can get the chance to see more things like it, see if someone has tried to improve it, or better yet. Make your own better version of what you used to like.
Take it from someone who’s in the same predicament. I used to like this Pokémon game a lot, used to talk about it, write about it, however when its DLC released, it was in my opinion… bad. However, currently I’m making a rewrite of how I’d personally make the events, and I can vouch that it feels very therapeutic to try to improve something that you disliked instead of hating it forever.
That being said, not all situations are like that, some people grew apathy to their hobbies due to simply growing out of it.
To those people, it’s not wrong to grow out of something, if anything it means that you’ve matured and are able to move past it. There are lots of things to like and dislike, so don’t feel too bad if you’ve grown out of a certain thing.
In conclusion, having an apathetic attitude over something isn’t too bad, as long as you can get a positive result from it.
