Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself and things you do in and out of school.
A: Hi my name is Neha and I’m a junior at Huron. I love traveling, spending time with friends and family, and I also swim for Huron!
Q: What is your favorite Huron event and why? (Multi Culti, Homecoming, Clap Out, etc.)
A: My favorite event is probably Multi Culti because I feel like everyone (the audience and the performers) are very involved, and it’s a very hyped up. I also usually perform during Multi Culti since I’m in ISA and it’s very fun to dress up and dance in front of everyone!
Q: Where is your favorite spot at Huron and why? (Certain lunch table, classroom, outdoor area, etc.)
A: When it’s nice outside, my friends and I love to sit at the lunch tables near the hill because it’s very quiet and there aren’t as many bugs in that area.
Q: What is one of your favorite high school memories and why?
A: Going to Spain with my orchestra was really fun because I had never gone to another country with a school group.
Q: If you could make up a class and teach it at Huron, what class would you teach?
A: Probably an ice sculpture class because I find that very interesting!
Q: What is something you would redo about your sophomore year if you could?
A: I wish I managed my time better because I was always so stressed out about tests and grades because of my poor time management. I would’ve had more time to relax if I didn’t procrastinate so much!
Q: What’s an interesting fact or hidden talent about yourself?
A: I’m very scared of butterflies!
Q: What is your favorite season during the school year and why?
A: Spring season is my favorite because of the rain.
Q: Who is your idol and why?
A: My idol is probably my brother because he’s very hardworking, but he also has time to do relaxing things.
Q: What is one lesson high school has taught you?
A: That time management is very important!
Q: What is a hot take of yours?
A: I know this is basic, but pineapple does belong on pizza.
