Music artists today tend to try to find something that can make them stand out from the crowd. It’s rare to find an artist that stands out so much that people can immediately tell who they are listening to, but Jack Stauber has beaten the odds. 

Jack Stauber is an American Musician, Animator, and YouTuber. Stauber is known for his music video animations that usually tell a deep story. Stauber has had his work featured on multiple platforms, one of them being ‘Adult Swim’. Some of his videos are shortened and used as Internet memes on YouTube and TikTok.

Stauber likes to use clay animation in all his music videos–with this, he can capture his audience in ways that other music videos can’t. Some of his most popular animation videos include, “Cooking with Abigail”, “Baby Hotline”, and “Rain”. Other videos of his include flashing colors and scribbles of lyrics. When first listening to Stauber’s work, you would often think that this guy is just listening of random things about a grocery store, or talking about candy being spicy, but many of his songs tell a story about actual issues. An example of this is a short film called, “Opal”. This short film portrays a young girl’s sadness and fear of living in an abusive household with the song playing in the background. Opal dreams about having a happy family surrounding her, like in her dreams. This short film touched many who watched it and even led to people sharing their stories about being in the same situation as Opal.

Jack Stauber’s music is something that people can relate to with the stories. As an artist Stauber, has excelled at reaching his audience and not letting the fame or attention of his work change how he carries out his masterpieces. He is truly an inspiration to many!
